Savannah - Mrs. Ruby Lee Sims, 85, entered into eternal rest Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Riverview Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Sims leaves to cherish her memories her daughters, Diane Jones, Candice Edwards (Anthony), Tina Childs (Darien), Zonda Sims Griffin; brother, Walter Samuel, Sr.; sisters, Dr. Ann Henderson, Lucille Jones, Jeanette Samuel; 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Public Viewing: 12:00 noon - 6:00 p.m., Friday, August 26, 2016 at Sylvania Funeral Home of Savannah, Inc.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Solomon Temple Church of God In Christ, 2005 Augusta Ave., Savannah, Ga. 31415.
Mrs. Sims body will repose at the church Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service.
Interment: 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 29, 2016 at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery - Glennville, 8819 US-301, Glennville, GA 30427.
