Not sure what to say?

Dear Helen, Danny, Mrs. Nichols and Family:
If you judge a man's success by his integrity, then Mr. Nichols was a very successful man. He passed on his smile and laughter to his children, and his legacy will live on through the grandchildren. So sorry we were not in town for calling hours and services. May you the many wonderful memories of Russ bring you comfort. Keeping your family in our prayers,
Jeff and Cynthia Sheeks

I wish I could have spent more time among the Nichols clan in Ohio and gotten to know my father's brothers better. I take some comfort in the fact that I was able to see Uncle Russ at Bob Danner's memorial a few years ago. Russ seemed like a sweet guy--much like I remember my grandfather Herschel ("Pappy"). Anyway, my sincere condolences to every member of Uncle Russ's family. They are fortunate to have had him in their lives for so long. Jim Nichols, Jr., for himself and his son...

Uncle Russ was a wonderful light of a man who brought the family so much laughter. My parents and Aunt Lila loved going to the casinos with Aunt Helen and Uncle Russ. He's with my mom Thelma, and my great grandmother Clare now laughing and waiting for us all. Miss you.

may God's presence be with you.

Aunt Helen and family, we are very saddened by the passing of Uncle Russ. Sorry we cannot attend his services, please know that we have many wonderful memories of him. He's with our son John in heaven right now. Payers and love to you and the entire family. Bill, Dora and Dean. Also, Michael and Jeannie Raymond

Uncle Russell is one of my favorite people - many fond memories of growing up Nichols. He will be missed....Dave, Karen & family (The Picktown Group)
