I met Russ when he met the love of his life my best girl Julie, what an adventure you have had together. We had some fun times in Enderby and many laughs. Then after you guys had worked so hard you and the boys were off on the biggest adventure yet. It broke my heart when you left.
Russ, Julie and the boys have had a fabulous.... journey and Russ has left an unforgettable...

Oh Russ what an empty place we all live without your slightly goofy smile (I know I am the only one who can get away with that comment lol).
We have known you for 30 fantastic years. We have had so much laughter together. We have cried together. Even holidayed together in Bulgaria what great times we had.
Evan the Kiwi,my son loved our moment in the lift and often mentions it.
We have so many fond memories of staying with you for two weeks though I am surprised I remember...

Was a sad day when I heard of your passing mate -I’ve missed your laughs your karaoke your friendship , I’ve tried not think of this outcome over the last year or so I just didn’t want it to be real -My thoughts are with family I know your proud of -Lance

Russ such sad news to hear you have passed mate. Without a shadow of a doubt, heaven is a better place now your there.
Fantastic memories from work and the Friday nights in Anstey then Enderby I am sure we drove Julie crazy sometimes.
I won't ever forget what you both did for me before you left for NZ and when you all left I had such a void in my life.
The last time we spoke was fantastic even after all the years we had not spoke and I was so hoping to see you again.

What a sad loss of a wonderful guy. I will always remember when I rang to wish him a happy birthday, he reminded me that he came to NZ because we had a public holiday on his birthday.
Much love to Julie, the boys and families.
