Not sure what to say?

Charlie,Sally, and Nina,Carol and I have been out of town for a few days and just heard today about the death of your dear Mother. We visited her recently and realized she was longing to be with your Dad. They were a team for so long and worked so well together. We as well as you will miss them but take consolation in knowing that they are once again together and with many of their friends and relatives. What a Thanksgiving this was in Heaven. Prayers will include all of you as you grieve.

thank you , to all who have had wonderfull memories of mother , thank you all , again ,, nina

To the family of Ruth.
My name might not be fimiliar to you, but Ruth and Leonard meant a lot to our family and my husband's late parents Peter and Theresa Visscher.
Ruth had moved from Rome when we moved to Nichols, but we had the great joy of meeting them in the later years at their home in N.C. Our parents spent many winters on their farm.
She was a joy and a gracious lady to us when ever we made a connection, be it here in Nichols or in the south.
She has now...

Charlie, Sally, Nina - Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I really enjoyed taking care of Ruth. She was like my mother, sister, and grandmother all in one. I loved her smile and that certain look she would give you if she wasn't happy. I enjoyed listening to her stories, we would sit in the front room and she would say get me that book off the shelf, and it was her families Bible. OMG its amazing, so many memories of her family. I enjoyed getting her Beautified....(beautiful) Ruth...

Charlie, Sally, Nina and Families
Sorry to hear about your Mom. Ruth and Leonard were definitely a positive influence in my life. From Ruth I gained a love for classical music and a good work ethic. I remember good times at Highland Lake with you kids. Rome missed Ruth & Leonard when they moved away and the world lost a good lady when Ruth passed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Sorry we lost touch over the years. Ron & Cherie (Harvey) Jones

The Upchurches truly loved Ruth and Doc and enjoyed many happy days with them. They will truly be missed, but we are grateful for the many happy memories we have in our hearts. Our sincere sympathy and love to all the family.

Willard, Mary Ann and Howie

So sorry, your Mom was a great lady. She touched so many lives in Rome.
