Hi Jack, Shawn and Dianne
I was saddened to see the notice of your loss. I have many memories of Ruth and your family on Mardel. Your Mom was so often in her front yard, willing to trade the neighborhood news when I got home from work. She did a good job educating me and helping me to laugh about the realities of the world. I always figured if Ruth said so, it must be so. She did so love being in the sun, and the rhubarb patch was absolutely legendary. Asparagus was also a noted crop! ...

Dear Dianne, Jack and Shawn,
We are so sorry for the loss of you sweet Mother and our dear Aunt Ruth. We will keep in our hearts all the wonderful times we had with Aunt Ruth and Uncle Cliff and Mother will remember the good times they had starting back in the 1940's. Life has certainly changed for us all.
