I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. We shared many happy times and good friends together. What a great man who accomplished so much and impacted so many in his life. I wish there were more men like Jim. A true friend.

I had the honor of working a number of years with Jim at Pima Community College. Jim was not only a professional colleague but he became a friend and mentor as well. He served as a reference for me when I left Pima to take the position of President at a California community college. I will always remember Jim as a warm and caring educational administrator and friend.
