Guest Book

Not sure what to say?

Father Berg married my husband and I and he was always so gracious and funny. I loved to hear his homily, it was always very inspiring. We will miss him at St. Teresa's

Msgr Berg was a good friend to Msgr Crumlish, taking him into St Teresa's when he retired from St Bonaventure. I was welcomed into the rectory at St Teresa's to visit he and Msgr Crumlish often. Even as Msgr Crumlish' mental and physical health declined, Msgr Berg was always kind and patient toward his friend. This man truely was an inspiration to a now health care worker.

I have known Fr. Berg for many years at St. Teresa's. He was such a inspiration to all who knew him. My fondest memory was when he held my daughter when she was just an infant in his arms and made her part of his sermon. He spent many hours with my family at the hospital when my dad was so sick and then gave a beautiful sermon at my moms funeral. You will be missed Fr. Berg. Thank you for the great memories. I am so blessed to have known you. May you rest in peace at home with the Lord.

My sincerest sympathies to the family of Father Berg. He was a wonderful priest and the people of Saint Teresa's were blest to have him. He was truly a people Priest and did so many wonderful things for St. Teresa's Parish. I have some fond memories of my own and I know his spirit is at home now with Jesus. I am sure he loves the singing up there! Peace is yours now.

To Family and Friends - I am so sorry for the passing of Fr. Berg. He was a wonderful man, friend and priest. I have know him for the past 10 years and was sadden to hear about his battle to come with cancer when he resigned from St. Teresa's. It was because of him that my husband and I decided to join St. Teresa's and make it our home parish. As I read through some of the entries I can remember the time spent with Fr., especially at our wedding and our childrens' baptisms, and when my son...

To the family of Fr. Berg you have my deepest sympathy. I knew Fr. Berg from St. Teresa's and he's the best priest I've had the pleasure of knowing. He baptized both of my girls and he always made you feel welcome. May he rest in peace at the side of our Lord.

I am so sorry to read of Father Berg's passing. He was a wonderful man officiated at my wedding. Such a kind soul.

He will be missed by so many. Rest in peace, Msgr.

I knew Father Berg from his days at St. Gerard's. He officiated at my wedding and I will never forget his attitude, fun and caring. Although I moved from the Buffalo area over 30 years ago, I still kept in contact as to where Father Berg was assigned. We have great memories - May he rest in peace!

My mother was so pleased when Father Berg was assigned to St James on Bailey Ave. because she enjoyed worked with him at City Hall's Planning Board meetings. He was a loving, caring priest and we will always remember him fondly. May he rest in peace.
