Not sure what to say?

Glad to have had the chance to call him friend :)

Sam was my friend and neighbor, I miss him every time I walk out the front door. I take comfort in knowing that he and Ruth are together again, forever. Blessings and strength to all those that knew and loved him.

Mr. Sam, you welcomed us to Texas every time we made the journey to see your son, our daughter, and the beautiful grandchildren we share. Your generous heart and big smile were always appreciated and will be missed. Thank you for all that you have done for our country, our family, and those many individuals and vets you simply helped out of the goodness of your heart. God bless you. Rest well.

Dad: in a blink of an eye you were gone! We didn't have a chance to say Goodbye. Looking back on the last two conversations we had , I didn't expect them to be the last words. You thanked me for everything and said you loved me very much. Makes me think you knew you soon would be with mama and the rest of the angels. So Dad THANK YOU for everything you did and I LOVE you very much. Until we meet again. Love your daughter.

Dad I'm honored to have been part of your life. You were an awesome and great man with a very kind and loving heart. You had a smile that would brighten any room that you would go into. As I sit here typing this I can see your face with that huge smile and I wish I could see it one more time. Prayers going out to all the family. Until we meet again on the other side of those pearly gates on the streets of gold I will keep my memories of you held tight in my heart. I love you Dad.

Uncle Sammy , you will be missed by many and that is for sure! I have been very fortunate to have been able to have some time with you in the last 3 years. Memories , I will hold and cherish forever. Love you alway my dear Uncle.
