Deepest condolences to the family - hugs for you all ... So sorry for your loss...

My dear classmate of many years - from elementary school on. All my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Such a tough loss and he was still so young. May God bless and comfort all of you.

Anne Schade Elwood

Sam: I loved you like a Brother that I had many good times with. Our trip through England and Scotland is a memory I cherish to this day. I trust I will see you again.

With Love to your family, especially your dear wife Ann.

The news of Sam's passing is a great sorrow to all of us in Law Enforcement. How can we say how much he meant to us and how much we will miss him and his many stories and good spirits. He will be long remembered for his steadfast service to his host of friends and to the community.

Sam grew up and had many of his fathers traits and everyone who knew him by politics, friends, or other intervention always had kind things to say about him and his generosity. I hope you find the peace you have been fighting for and rest easy in the arms of the angels.

To Sam's Family,

To say we will miss his friendship, his infectious laugh and his good humor is an understatement. To his close friends, employees and family, all we can offer is our heartfelt condolences at this very difficult time. Sam, we loved you, and we will miss you.
