Sarah Frances Isbell, 85, a native of Toccoa, Georgia, a member of First Baptist Church of Toccoa, passed away at Stephens County Hospital on Thursday, April 5, 2001. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 7, 2001, 7-9 p.m., at Acree-Davis Funeral Home, 350 South Pond at Franklin and Whitman, Toccoa. Graveside services are scheduled for Sunday, April 8, 2:30 p.m., at Toccoa City Cemetery, officiated by Reverend Dr. Henry Fields.
