I am so sorry to hear this news. I grew up in Humboldt at a neighboring school while Scott was tearing up the HDNL and Scott quickly became a local legend. All the local athletes looked up to Scott. I remember sitting in the stands in Willow Creek watching a summer softball tournament that Scott was playing in. I was telling all my friends that Scott Eskra was playing and I could not wait to see him hit a softball. His mother was sitting near and overheard me. I spent the entire day speaking...
