Scott Barr Moritz

I went to culinary school with Scott way back when. We were in a study group together. I still have some tamarind in my fridge from when we had themed dinners and he picked tamarind as the theme. It's always made me chuckle and I haven't had the heart to throw it out. Probably never will....

Scott was so giving and gracious. Once when I had him and many other friends for dinner, I was having trouble with the entree. He stood by my side and encouraged me until it was done. That's just one small example of who he was! He was so good with our kids, Brandon & Chelsea. We will always remember him for his creativity, his laughter, and his generosity!

Stacy, you put together a beautiful obituary. It's hard to make someone smile about these things. Scott's spirit will be appreciated and propagated in our family for a long time to come.

Scott, you will be missed. I love your sauces and your music. I will cary both with me.
