So sorry to hear of Shirley´s passing! Many memories with the Amens! Most vivid one when I was 4yrs old! I rode my little bike from Rosedale Circle, across Polo to Friendship. I knocked on the door and asked Mrs Amens if Eric could come out and play! I was promptly asked if mom knew I was there. It had never occurred to me that mom and Shirley had each others phone number!
