Shirley Ray Bell Davidson, age 72, resident of Arlington, Tennessee and wife of Lansing Everette Davidson, departed this life Monday afternoon, July 14, 2025 at her home.
Shirley was born October 28, 1952 in Memphis, Tennessee, the daughter of the late William Newton Bell and Shirley Grace Ray Bell. She retired from the United States Postal Service and took care of her elderly parents until their passing. Shirley was an avid animal lover, a talented artist and excellent cook. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, Lilly and Colton.
Mrs. Davidson is survived by her husband of 43 years, Lansing Davidson; two sons, Eric Hughes and Samuel Davidson; two sisters, Claudette Byrd (Rick) and Mary Heubner; two brothers, John Bell (Pat) and Jeffrey Bell (Connie); and two grandchildren, Colton and Lilly.
Graveside Services for Mrs. Davidson will be at 10 A.M. Monday, July 21, 2025 at the Fayette County Memorial Park Cemetery on Highway 64.
