I was deeply saddened to read of Shirley's death. She was a beautiful lady. I'll always remember her kindness to me and to my husband, Jim Neilson (deceased) when we arrived in Kenosha and the "Leblanc family" in the 60's. She was welcoming, fun and witty. I'll also remember our many lively discussions about opera, concerts, books, etc! She was special.
Sincere sympathy to all the family.
