Not sure what to say?

I can't believe it's been 3 months Smoke. It was hard watching the spring game and not calling you 10 times during the game to talk about it. I'm sorry we couldn't get together over Christmas. I know you tried. Honestly buddy, if I knew you were going to go and die on me I would've driven to NP to see you. You had so much life I still can't believe you are gone. May peace be with your soul my friend.

We really didn't know each other very well, or very long- but you were so much fun........I will always remember your laugh and smile. Thanks for being wonderful...I miss you. Keep my mama company xoxo

Sherri and Shara Thinking of you at this difficult time. I pray your faith will give you comfort. I will have memories of a fun young man who loved to play basball and was loved by many. Barbara Kumm and family

Smokey was good friend I always kept in touch with! Glad to be a part of his journey! Sorry so short lived!

I met Smoke when I first moved to Nebraska from Texas. We all know how he felt about TEXAS. Smoke was a Husker fan all the way. I wish the best for all the Ryba family. Hey, Smoke say hi to my dad who is sitting by your side. God bless you Smoke.

smoke, you will be missed by me...even though we had our "hard times" in our younger years

As we grow old and sadly apart from the friends we grew up with there are a few you'll never forget. I always think of Smokey when I drift back to my early years growing up in North Platte. He was cocky, cool, funny, and a riot to be around. Thank you for the fond memories Smokey! And I'm very sorry Sherry and Shara...he left you too soon. God bless, Burnzy.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Smoke was a great guy.

So many crazy and great memories! Prayers for strength for Sherri, Shara, and the rest of the family, and may all the great memories get you through the hard times to come. He will be missed by so many!
