Stanley W. Dameron, 89, of Greendale, Indiana, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2017. He was born June 15, 1928 in Beaver Lick, Kentucky, son of the late Jesse and Beatrice (Aylor) Dameron. Stanley was a veteran of the US Air Force. He was past member of the Lawrenceburg Lions Club, former Cub Scout leader and former Little League baseball coach. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, cooking, and woodworking. He loved his family. He worked as an Iron Worker at Local 44. He is survived by his son, Gregory (Susan) Dameron of Ross, OH; 3 daughters, Cheryl (Ronald) Gordon of Bloomington, IN, Cynthia Dameron of Lawrenceburg, IN, Nancy (David) Frazier of Cincinnati, OH; and 4 grandchildren, Alex (Meghan) Dameron, Matt (Haley) Dameron, Cameron Frazier, Caroline Frazier. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Beatrice Dameron; wife, Phyllis Dameron; 3 brothers, Harold Dameron, Orville Dameron, Elwood Dameron; and his sister, Kathleen Meyer. Family and friends will be received on Monday, October 30, 2017 from 10 am to 12 pm at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Monday, October 30, 2017 at 12 pm, with Pastor Don Phillips officiating.
