Not sure what to say?

Karin and I are so sorry we cannot attend the service for dad tonight because of previous commitments. The Peterson family has always been some of our favorite people. I cherish many warm memories of being the youth pastor for the Peterson kids 1960-62; of fishing with Stan and Edgewater men, of times of fellowship around the Peterson home or Spec. Lake.
Stan was a good man, in the best sense of the word. A Christian who lived the life, talked the talk, and walked the walk. He finished...

So sorry to hear about Stan's passing. I have such warm memories of great family times at Spectacle Lake. Lots of tents put up in the yard and lots of laughs. My favorite memory was of him taking five little grade school girls water skiing all at once! Stan was a remarkable Godly man who did so much for others. What a reunion it must have been in heaven. Summit Place will not be the same without Stan and his kind, gentle smile. He will be missed greatly. We feel truly blessed to have had the past few years with Stan. Our hearts are with you all at this time.

May God Bless all of the Peterson's during this time of grief. Stan and Tootie are together again, praise God for the gift of salvation!

He was a wonderful man and I considered him to be like a second Dad during those wonderful years of camping together. I will never forget him or Tootie. Thanks Stan, for the wonderful memories that you gave me that I will have forever.

Lovingly, Dick Peterson

To the Peterson family...
We celebrate with you the life of Stan and how much he meant to so many. The names Marlette and Stan bring with them warm and wonderful memories.

Though it's hard to let go (both Gerrie and I know), we live in the certainty that they're feeling sorry for us who remain behind who have not yet exprienced the full fruit of life in Christ.

To God be the glory for Stan's life. We will covenant with you to remember you all in this time.

My sympathy goes out to all of Stan's family. We will miss him at the lake. Joy Paulson (Spectacle Lake)

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
