Dear beautiful Jenkins Family,
We have the fondest memories of Mrs. Stella Jenkins and couldn't have asked for a more kind, sweet, loving neighbor next door. We will always remember her smile, warmth, visits and talks, and how she was like a Grandma to our children. She LOVED cats, and animals in general, as we do too, so we would "babysit" each others pets. It wasn't always an even exchange, since we have tortoises, but sometimes they were hibernating. The sadness over the loss of this woman is eased by the love she received in her life. No greater tribute to the type of mother, wife and friend than the love shown to her by her family and friends and we know she was loved. RIP Stella. Sending strength to her family

I have several fond memories of Stella Jenkins: 1) travelling by bus in Europe with Wes and Dottie Conner, Bob and Ruthie Gordon, et al; 2) exercise classes with Sue Gin; 3) club meetings (RQN, for example). I loved the description of her cooking on a wood stove in a tent-cabin in Yosemite (no doubt Camp 6), an experience we Conner folk shared and can relate to. She was definitely a smart and gentle soul, though I do remember one time she got grumpy in Europe because her motel room was right...
