Steve was a great writer, historian and friend. I did many displays at museums with him and we often talked about history, politics,etc. He will be missed. I'm sorry I was not up to the trip for his mass.

I was so sad to hear of Stephen's death. He was a good friend and charming companion and contributed greatly to our city's knowledge of its history. May he rest in peace.
