Not sure what to say?

Nina I hope you are doing well one year after your father died. Just to let you know how much he is missed by his Florida golf family and me in particular. Wish you the best in every way.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Stephen´s passing today. When I heard Nina´s voice calling me from his phone, my heart sank. I knew Stephen as a sentimental tough guy .... a charming, resourceful, generous, scrappy curmudgeon, and a colorful character with rich stories. His favorite role by far was that of Nina's father. The world will be notably more beige without Stephen in it. My heartfelt condolences to Nina and family.

I knew Steve in elementary school, junior high and high school. I remember him being a warm and friendly classmate. I send my condolences to his family. Patricia Miller- Katz

I just heard from a mutual Great Neck friend about Steve's death. I first met Steve in 7th grade, and we were pretty good friends for several years. We sang together, and he taught me how to use by off-hand while shooting a layup in basketball. In recent years, I was lucky enough to interact with Steve at several high school reunions. He had a very warm personality and a warm heart. I am very sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry. The world lost a very special man.

Dearest Nina, what a shock to hear about your dads'untimely death. I am sorry for you and your soon to be husband and your mom.I have been friends with your parents for 40 years. My fondest memories with your dad are when I would call your Mom on the then "House Phone" and your dad would pick up the phone and tell me Justine was'nt home I would end up talking with your dad for over an hour.It was so easy to talk with him and he was a good friend.I am sorry for your pain.He will always be...

Nina, I'm so sorry for your loss. Steve was a great friend of ours, as of many others. His love for you was immense, don't ever forget that. Hold tight to the good, and the love. *Duane & Jenn Sherman

You were such a good friend to John and I, he loved his golf dates with you, you continued to contact me after John´s passing last year it was so typical of your kindness always for others

Dear Nina: I am so so sad to hear this news about your Dad. I loved meeting your Dad at Chelsea High and talking to him about our Great Neck connections. It was so cool that he had known my Grandfather. I'll be thinking if you and sending you lots of love during this difficult time. Love, Erica
