Not sure what to say?

Dear Joan,
I am so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. He was a wonderful friend to Daddy, and I know everyone will miss his gentle spirit so much. Take Care and know that we are praying for you and your family. Much Love~

Joan: So sorry to learn of Steve's passing and so sad that we never were able to get together on your winter visits to the St. Pete area here in Sarasota at Pelican Cove.

Steve (and you as a caring teacher) will always be part of the wonderful memories I have of working at Ken-Ton Schools under Sherwood Miller and "the good old days"". May all the memories you have of this womderful man sustain you as your grieve.

I'll never forget Steve chatting with Peter in front of Held's as we waited for our turn to pick out Sunday goodies. He was a thoughtful and supportive friend to Peter and Reggie and they treasured and I appreciated his friendship. Eternal memory.

Dear Brian! My deepest and sincere sympathy in the loss of your father. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this most difficult time. With Deepest Sympathy,Susan Hassenfratz

Dear Joan and all.
I will always remember Steve as a kind and wonderful gentle man. He was so complimentary about me when I taught Kathy in the 3rd grade.
What could I possible say that would ease your pain? I would, if I could,.

Dear Joan & family,
Since serving in the 1382nd EPD CO in the CBI Theatre in WW II, Steve and I have been close friends. A good leader, a loving family man, and an optimistic and enthusiastic person Steve set a high mark for those of us who follow. I'm sorry for your loss. He will be dearly missed.
