Peter, so sorry to hear that your brother Stephen has passed. Every time I saw him he was always so friendly and kind. I know Mike had a deep respect for Stephen. With the deepest sympathy for you and your family.

Much aloha and sympathy to Stephen's family. I knew him when he was 14 years old; we shared the same birthday. He always had the biggest smile on his face when I saw him in those early years! RIP
