It has been over a decade since we lost Chase. The four months I am honored to have spent with him at Fort Sill will be with me for the rest of my life. I miss you Brother.

As 2019 closes, I often reflect. In this moment I remember Lt. Prasnicki. In the early morning, spending time with our families before we departed Bamberg for Afghanistan, it was dark, chilly and full of emotion. I vividly remember the smile on his face as I introduced him to my family that morning. He is and forever will be a true gentleman, leader and hero. My heart will always carry a little extra weight with his loss. My very best wishes to his family, and I hope this note finds you all...
