Stephen H. Stenstrom

Christine and I remember Steve's uncommon ability to get the Summit Tennis Association into the paper. And who can forget his humor about his "office" at the base of New England Avenue and Kent Place Boulevard as he directed my German exchange student and me to the Summit High School. Steve's presence will be missed.

So many great memories of Steve - working at Eagles in Burlington, movies, parties, Delta Chi dance at Iowa State, meeting him at Love Field in Dallas, his visit to us in Florida and many more. We were friends for many, many years. He will be missed. Our sympathy to Karen and Beth and the rest of the family.

My condolences to the Stenstrom family. I met Steve on the softball field Sunday mornings. I will always remember the calm Steve showed when calls suddenly went against his team. That, and the flat pitch over the heart of the plate! We'll miss you Steve. Go Cubs!
