Not sure what to say?

I knew Dr Toner from 2001 to present as a physician and patient. He was THE most dedicated doctor to his patients to the very end. My sympathy to Mrs. Toner and family in your loss of a wonderful man.
Avery Brinkley Jr. MD Panama City

So sorry for your loss! Dr Toner was a brilliantly gifted ENT who treated several members of my family over 30 plus years. His insight and kindness will always be remembered and cherished.
May the Lord bless and comfort you in your grief!

Rest In deepest Peace, Sir! You were a great man and Doctor. You diagnosed me with Meniere's in 2011 and helped me through some very difficult times then saved my life with a tonsillectomy in 2016. I'll be forever grateful to you. You are already missed

My life changed in 1982 when Dr Toner took out my tonsils. I was not the sickly kid anymore. I am positive I am not the only one who can say that. He helped so many! Bless his family during this time.

I enjoyed working with Dr. Toner at Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley. Im truly sorry for your familys loss.
My condolences and prayers,
Stephanie DePaul, RN

Dr Toner was a great man! Had a heart for people who are less Fortunate! He did my surgery & I recovered great and hardly any pain! And it was a big surgery! He saved my life and now I am doing great because of him.. This sadness my heart! The world lost a great and caring man.. I will never find a Doctor who could do what he has done through out his life on earth! Thank you so much Dr Toner and may you Rest In Peace! I will truly miss you. God bless the family and you are in my prayers!

I WENT TO HOWARD COLLEGE WITH STEVE IN THE LATE 50S. HEWAS ONE OF MOST INTELLIGENT PEOPLE I HAVE EVER KNOWN, BUT MORE THAN THAT HE WAS A GOOD FRIEND. HE GOT HIS PHARMACY DEGREE AT HOWARD AND COULD HAVE GONE TO ANY NUMBER OF MEDICAL SCHOOLS. STEVE WAS A SPECIAL PERSON, HE WILL BE MISSED RIP STEVE

he is great doctor and he will be miss

It is sad to know he is gone. I have know and worked with Dr. Toner for 15 years and have the up most respect for him as a Doctor and a mentor. He has always been one to be there if I needed him or had questions about a patient. He will surely be missed.
