Steven Bendistis, Sr.

Wilmington - Steven Bendistis passed away, unexpectedly, on September 6th, 2018. He was good hearted and a friend to many. Steven will be deeply missed.

Steven was born in Wilmington to the late Joseph and Marie Bendistis. He was an accomplished tradesmen for the Insulator Union and a highly regarded motorcycle mechanic. He was a motorcycle enthusiast who enjoyed building, repairing, riding, etc. This passion led him to be a founding father of Road Crue MC.

Steven is survived by son Steven Bendistis, Jr. (Jessica King) and Steven Jr.'s mother Becky Bendistis; son John Daniel Cronin; his deeply loved granddaughters Adrianna and Gabriella; and siblings Joanne Kilvington (William), Joey Bendistis, Jr. (Deanna), Larry Bendistis (Sandy), and Terri Walsh (Jimmy). Steven is also survived by his devoted companion of many years, Suzie DuVall.

An evening visitation will be held Tuesday, September 11th, 2018, 6pm-8pm, at Charles P. Arcaro Funeral Home, 2309 Lancaster Ave., Wilmington DE 19805. A funeral service will be held the following day at 12 noon, a morning visitation will begin at 11am. Entombment at Cathedral Cemetery.
