Dear Sharon and family,
I will always remember Steve as one of the "good guys" that you meet in life. His smiles always touched my heart and always made it possible to return a big grin back, no matter the circumstances. Our prayers are with you at this time. May he rest in peace.

It was a shock to hear about Steve. May loving memories quickly replace your sorrow. I worked with Steve at MAC.

Sharon:
Though we seldom saw each other since we worked and travelled together in the early 90’s, I always considered Steve a good friend. Anytime we did have a chance to get together at a sales meeting or trade show, it was like no time had passed, the friendship picked up right where it left off, and our old stories were just like they happened yesterday. I regret that our paths did not cross more often. Steve was a great person, and will truly be missed by many.

Sharon, Katie and Emily, I wish there was something I could say to help you through this most difficult time, or to express what your dad meant to me personally and how he was always there to help. I got to know your dad through working with him over the past 11 years, and I am a better person because I spent time with him. He helped me professionally, but more importantly, personally. He never spent 5 minutes with me, that he didn't bring up something about one of you. He was so proud of...

Sharon and girls,
I would like to extend to you our deepest sympathy. When I saw this in the paper it was such a shock. We will miss seeing Steve in the back yard and talking over the fence with him. Words are such a small measure of how we feel, but please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.
