Steven Reichert

Many of the best times of my youth were spent with Steve. If I could only tell you the stories.. When going to Sgt, Pepper's Disco, without fail, the same song would come on the radio, every time we got into his Plymouth Belvedere. It was Billy Joel's "My Life". Listening to the song now is somewhat surreal, as it is almost prophetic. But, that's how Steve was! He was no ones patsy, and did things the way he wanted. I suppose that's why he and I got along so well.

It's been 1 year...

I just learned of Steve's passing, and I'm very sad to hear this. Steve and I were close friends for many years. Lots of crazy times, lots of fun! After every evenings activities, we would sit as IHOP, drinking coffee, joking and discussing life. We had planned on getting together a couple years back, but just never got the chance.

RIP brother. See you on the other side.

Steve and a bunch of us pretty much grew up together. Even though i have not talked to him in a great while, its a shock to hear of him passing...........R. Robbins

This was a total shocker. Steve was a friend. Sincere condolences to his family. Worked with him at VCBJ.

My deepest sympathy to your family and loved ones. Thank you for being such a great friend when we were officers. You knew how to make people laugh. You had a good heart. Thank you for your service and thank you for reaching out to chat once my hub and I became truck drivers. You will not be forgotten. May God cradle your soul my friend.
