Not sure what to say?

Susie, all these years later you are still missed a lot and I think of you often. You were a great mother and mother-in-law. You treated everyone with respect whether they were family or just a stranger. God bless you!

Mom, it has been a month already that you left to go to a much better place. I miss you but think so fondly of you and all our fun time together..LaVerne and I have fun and sad times but we cherish your wonderful memory..Steve and I reminisce, too.Michael states how very smart you were....you were a class act and such a good friend, adviser and mom to me....Love you much! Rest in the eternal peace you deserve!

Mama, really miss our little daily visits on the phone. We chatted about alot of everything. You are in the best of care. Your family can have a reunion. Give my hita a big kiss and hug and tell Brandon I love him and miss him so very much. His mom misses him and she has stepped up and helps me with the boys alot. Love you mom, Leona

Mom, we saw pictures of you and your family today at Aunt Theresa's memorial service. I remember the story you told me about your 5th birthday when Gradma had you in a white dress and white shoes. You wouldn't let any of the kids touch your shoes. She decorated your cake with colored ribbons...(how ingenious) and she had the local radio station sing "You are my sunshine" in honor of your birthday...I remember Susie Wintersiek saying that when she listed the house, that she knew someone had...

Mom: Each morning I open the photo that I have of you on my phone and know that you are in a place of peace and love. I look at Emma and am happy that you were able to know her and to love her even if only for a short time. You always told me that the love of a grandparent was so special and different than the love for our children - I suppose it is because we see our limited time here on earth and know that they are truly the future who carry forward the memories of our lives. I know that...

My dear friend, La Verne, and Maes Family,

I am so very sorry for the passing of your Mom. I know she was dearly loved by you and her many children and grandchildren. She was a blessed woman who honored me with a true and loyal friend - La Verne and her wonderful sisters, Bernadette & Lori. I will always cherish and honor her memory and keep her and the Maes family in my prayers.

With love and friendship,
Christy Rodriguez

LaVerne and Family,
Our prayers are for you all and your beloved Mother, whom we had the priviledge of meeting at your wedding. Precious, angelic, and a saintly matriarch, we could see - we have faith your Nonny is now within His Majesties Greatest Venue, and with that, we pray that your loving memories and cherished moments help fill the void within each of your hearts.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Susie but reading this obituary I can see that she was an extra special person. My heart breaks for your family as it is never easy to lose a loved one. Take comfort in knowing she is in a place with all her loved ones that have passed and she is happy and comforted. God bless you all.

My Mama,
My heart breaks I miss you so much. I miss hearing your voice and the funny voice mails you left me. Thanks Be to God, as you would say, that I kept the majority of them and can listen to your voice anytime I want, and thank God for Michael for taking videos of you talking up a storm. All the times we spent together, laughing, arguing, crying, and sharing are treasures I will keep in my heart and hold onto very tightly. The love that you expressed to all of your children the...
