Tabitha Fadeley

Tabitha L. Fadeley, nee Dvoratchek, age 40, of Prospect Heights. Beloved wife of Erick Fadeley; loving mother of Sarah and Samuel Fadeley; loving daughter of Marilyn, nee Peterson, & Jerome Dvoratchek of Hoffman Estates; dear granddaughter of Harriet Neier who passed in 2012; dear sister of Thomas ( Erika Mennerick) Dvoratchek and sister in law of Paige Fadeley and Chad Pohaski; loving aunt of Kurt Ulrich, Jr. and Kiera & Cole Mennerick. Tabitha was born in Arlington Heights on January 19, 1973 and passed January 8, 2014. She was a member of the Hoffman Estates Citizens Police Academy, worked with the Conant High School track & field team, and was an avid bowler. She was a loving mother and was a fun person and will be greatly missed by all her friends and family. Memorial visitation is on Saturday, January 18th from 12 pm to time of service at 2:30 PM at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral & Cremation, 330 W. Golf Road, Schaumburg, Illinois.
