I remember meeting Tamra in 2001 and she had a spirit and a glow about her that was breathtaking. She talked to me like we were old friends; she never met a stranger. She had love and compassion for everyone she came in contact with. She will be truly missed by all that knew her. May you rest in peace and your memories will forever be cherished.
