I loved Ted like an uncle. His daughter Karen is recorded in my baby book as my "first best friend." He always gave me the best advice, like, "Now Kim, remember, don't ever drink your dirty bath water." Which of course was accompanied by a smirk and a huge hug. I cannot imagine the pain his family is experiencing having to say goodbye. Love to you all and may God give you the grace and strength that you need to get through the coming days without him. L
