Terry was our clínical instructor at TUFTS University. He taught us so much and at the same time he brought us every day an invaluable atmosphere. He was really special After the graduation we have maintained a great friendship. This is a big loss. My sincere condolences to his entire family.

I offer sincere condolences with sadness to the family of Dr. Terrence Griffin. Terry served as Chair of the Department of Periodontology, as Director of the Postdoctoral Program, and as a member of the Executive Faculty Committee in advancing Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Terry was an outstandingly talented surgeon with a calming personality in patient care, an exceptional teacher, and a mentor in advancing the career of others at the School, national, and international levels....

I had the honor and pleasure of knowing Terry on several golf trips to Ireland. He was an amazing person. His smile and laugh were memorable and his stories were a delight. Whenever I had a business trip to Boston, we met for dinner at Abe and Louie´s. Terry will be missed. My sincere condolences to his boys and their families. They are in my thoughts and prayers.

Terry and I were classmates in the PG Periodontology program at Tufts. I always appreciated his technical skill as well as his kindness, generosity and humor which exceeded his technical abilities. He will be missed.

Personally, he was generous and had a sense of humor which I always enjoyed.
