Terri McClelland

Terri Faye McClelland, nee Adams, 45, of Cedar Hill, Mo., formerly of O'Fallon, Ill., born April 26, 1970, in Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., passed away Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015, in Las Vegas, Nev.

Terri worked in home health care, and was formerly employed by Denny's in O'Fallon, Ill. She loved her family and being around friends, traveling across the country, cooking, reading, and doing anything she could for others.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Squire and Ruth, nee Webb, Adams; and brother, Randall Adams.

Terri is survived by her husband, Chris M. McClelland of Cedar Hill, Mo.; two sons, Cody (Christine) McClelland of Shiloh, Ill., and Riley McClelland; sisters, Donna Hanks and Vickie Barickman; nieces and nephews, Amanda Hanks, Sarah Barickman, Randall Hanks, Hayden Harms, Helena Harms, and Drew Harms; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation: Visitation will be held from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Friday Oct. 16, 2015, at Schildknecht Funeral Home, 301 S. Lincoln Ave. O'Fallon, Ill. A prayer service will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Msgr. William Hitpas officiating.

Funeral: A celebration of life service will start at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, 2015, at the funeral home with friends and family joining. Following the services, Terri will be cremated.

I can't believe Terri is not here anymore. I am so sorry to hear the sad news and my condolences go to family and friends. I know she will be truly missed. Why God called her at such a young age is something we will never understand.

Truly sorry for your family's loss. Terri was a good mom, fun person and a friend to many here in O'fallon.
