November 9, 2011 at 11:30am with interment to follow at the Montefiore Cemetery in St. Albans, Queens. Shiva will be observed at the home of Gail and Robert Gallagher, 16 Newbrook Lane. East Northport, NY 11731 immediately following the burial on Wednesday. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association. May Thelma's memory forever remain in our hearts.
