SPRINGFIELD, IL - Theodore "Teddy" O. Watts, 66, of Springfield, died at 5:13 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016, at St. John's Hospice.

He was born Nov. 24, 1949, in Springfield, to Richard and Beulah M. (Tippett) Watts.

Dear sweet Teddy, I've missed you for quite a while but have been so blessed to have you in my life. Because of you, many more wonderful friendships, like ours, I have.
