Not sure what to say?

I knew T.P. 38 years ago. It was great learning from him when I was so young. He was the best boss PGE had. I feel sad ,but I know he had a great life

Our prayers of sympathy are with the entire family.

I was deeply saddened to learn about Paul’s death and I would like to express my sympathy to the Jackson family on behalf of the Scruggs family. Our family has known Paul Junior and family since Floyd Terrace days; we were neighbors, playmates, schoolmates. Paul was a very loving person, truly you will be missed my brother.

I met Paul when I started at PG&E ten years ago. He always took the time out share his knowledge and make everybody feel comfortable.going to miss talking with him about boxing luckily I had the chance to go to few matches with him . My prayers go out to his family I m sure hes going to be missed.

I have known Paul and his family for must of my life. He was one of he must giving people I have ever met. He would literally give you shirt off of his back and never ask for anything in return. He was good people. He can never be replaced. He was one of kind. I will miss you my friend. Marva Brown (Vallejo, Ca)

I first met Paul in 1966 at a PG&E training school. We later worked together in the Redwood City, San Mateo area for some great years. His brother Eldwin worked with us for a while in Redwood City. Many great fun times were had back in the day. I always tried to contact him if I was in the area where he was working and send him the same message, he always knew who it was from. He will be missed by all. Good thoughts to his family.

I met "Paul Jr." when I moved to Vallejo 27 years ago. He and his family were friends of my husband and we all became very close. From the first day we met to this day I have to say he is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He would do anything for his friends, any time of the day, and did not want reciprocation. He loved to bowl and go fishing but most of all he loved his family. May God bless your kind, caring, giving soul Paul Jr. You will be missed.
