Theresa Rose Obituary
Originally from Louisville, she grew up in Elizabethtown. She was a 1980 graduate of East Hardin High School where she was actively involved in the Rebeleer band and color guard. She was a resident of Rineyville who was employed by Hardin County Schools and Tack Transportation.
Her love for gardening made her well-known in the community for her strawberries and sweet corn. She was a loving mother who attended countless baseball games, tennis matches, band concerts and dance recit-als and who worked tirelessly to give her children every opportunity.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Elizabeth "Beth" Rose.
She is survived by her parents, Bob and Midge Rose of Naples, Fla.; her sister, Patsy Durham; one brother, Jack Rose; four children, Tyler Sweat and Wade, Annemarie and Gracie Rosenberger; two nieces, Caroline Shrum and Isabella Stinson; and two stepdaughters, Amelia Wiechart and Michaela Rosenberger.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. Friday at St. John Catholic Church with the Rev. Dan Lincoln officiating. Burial follows in St. Ignatius cemetery.
Visitation is from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday and continues at 9 a.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.

I had the pleasure of knowing Terri in Elizabethtown and in Rineyville. My name is Pam Morgan Cheeseman. I am one of the Morgan twins. I used to help babysit Beth, Jack, and Patsy when we lived on State St. I now live in Rineyville and always looked forward to seeing her every summer selling corn and/or helping the Amish sell their pies. I saw Terri about 2 weeks ago at the Rineyville Mart. We always chatted but this time we just smiled and she grabbed me and gave me a great big hug. She called me 'pretty lady' and went on with her business. She made my day! I loved her spirit and her positivity was contagious. My heart hurts for your loss. Much love, Pam
