Not sure what to say?

How poetic that Retief would win the US Open today! Hope that puts a smile on your face buddy. Remember Tommy (Aaron) was still your all-time fav. 40 love ya. Will

I was so sad to here about Mr. Britz, one of the most amusing people I have known. Tom worked for me for a number of years at IDS/AEFA, and his entertaining wit was captivating. He also was an incredibly talented writer, able to reduce complex concepts down to something most people could understand. In fact, he held a couple of "investment concepts" meetings with members of the department who wanted to better understand what we do as a company. Such a great guy. I was reading the paper today...

Tom was a co-worker at IDS/American Express. Tom provided a wealth of information to many of us - including his informal educational sessions on investments. His quiet manner was occasionally interrupted by his quick wit - and usually when you least expected it. I admired Tom for the concern he showed for his aging parents and all the trips he made to their home to help them. My deepest sympathy to Tom's family.

I was stunned to read of Tom's passing. We worked together at IDS/American Express for a few years. I could easily shoot the breeze with Tom. His humor, intelligence, and authenticity drew people to him. He was always up for a great political or Gopher BB conversation. I'm sad that he's gone.

I am stunned by "Mr. Britz'" passing. His sense of humor and droll comments, kept me laughing during the time we worked together for IDS which became AEFA. Britz helped me better understand the investment game and gave me great advice... "Don't get greedy." Without his insight, I would never have understood the 'see-saw' theory of the stockmarket....my wish for Tom is that the golf courses "up there" are always in perfect condition...with no waiting. Peace to you "Mr.Britz."

I lived in Mpls from '81-'84..and worked for the worst human being on the planet..Tom and I met in the hallway of the First National Bank Building, became friends..and he saved me and made my time in that period of my life bearable...he was my buddy..my pal...my friend..and the idea that he's gone just devastates me. He was good to me and to my wife and little boy. We laughed day after day, week after week. We played tennis, listened to records, ate countless lunches together -- and we always...

Tommy B was my great friend who made me laugh and think through his way of looking at the world. We shared many interests including tennis, golf, The Honeymooners, Andy Grifith, The Odd Couple, horseracing, and many other subjects we'd hash over. From your brother raccoon Jer, I'll miss you Old Pal O' Mine.

I worked with Tom at IDS for 5 years in the 1990s. I'll never forget all the lunches at "Chez IDS," the discussions about basketball and golf, politics and family. What a great story teller. My golf swing is better because of you. RIP my friend.

I knew Tom as a colleague when his
p.r. agency did work for First
Bank Minneapolis and then he came
to work for me at the then IDS. I'm
stunned by his passing. I recall his always cheery disposition. He and the rest of his agency co-workers could always be counted on for a good laugh. He remained the consummate professional and the
world and p.r. profession have lost
a good guy!
