My condolences in memory of a wonderful man....

Hardly seems possible Tom has been gone 5 years..........He was my attorney, but his soft, kind demeanor, made me know he was my friend, also. He gave me wise advice and I've thought of him often in these past years.....may he rest in peace. ♥

I am so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. Having played golf with him at Germania for many years I considered him a friend. My condolences to his family. Rest in Peace.

Sherry and Shay.....We are so sorry about Tom. He was a great help to us at a critical time, and we appreciated him so much! I will miss his smiling eyes and his straight shooting style.......Very, very sad........

Bruce, sorry to hear of brother Tom's sudden passing. It was too soon and he was too young. He is in my prayers as are you and all of the Burkhart family. May he rest in peace.

My deepest sympathy to Tom's family. I am so sad to hear of his passing. He was my attorney and I only knew him a few years, but he quickly proved himself to be my friend, also. Such a caring, compassionate man and a true gentleman. What a loss....I will miss him....

Deepest sympathy to the Burkhart family. I was one of Tom's clients and found him to be a class act.

Jacque and I were saddened to hear from my brother Ernest of Tom's passing. We wish to convey our Deepest Sympathy to his family and siblings. Both of us remember Tom from High School. Jacque also knew him from Elementary School days. Tom provided estate planning assistance to my Mother in the 1980's when she lived in Gladwin which helped us greatly after she passed.
