Our prayers are with you and your family. While staying with the family during long weekends away from school at SLS, I found him to be a kind and generous man. He will be missed.

We extend our deepest sympathies to all of you. We are sure Tom is reunited with his parents, son (Paul) and siblings ( Mary and Dennis ) in heaven, but for all of you it is very difficult to see him gone. He was very special.

Peaceful journey to you, my friend of old
and condolences to the Jirous family.

Our family lived next to the Jirous Family on Dan's Drive in Stevens Point, in the mid '70s.
When the Palaganas and the Jirous kids were together, we always had a great time...whether it was waiting for the school bus in the snowbank tunnels we'd excavated at the foot of their driveway, picking wild blackberries at the cul-du-sac at the end of the road on McDill Pond, or playing Schmear on Troy Aeby's front lawn.

Tom was a classmate of ours at CCHS "57" and also a longtime friend. We are saddened to learn of his death. Our thoughts and prayers are with Rose and his family.
Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and the souls of all the faithfully departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen
