Attended his workshop in Philadelphia. He was a great loss to the coaching community.

The EQ Dude, passing on your message of love and self-awareness!

I STILL miss you and you are STILL effecting my life and therefore the lives of many others. My inspiration, my role model, my teacher, my guide... Thank you for all you gave to the world!

Taking a moment to honor and remember a man who had a profound impact on my life. I was blessed to have studied with him in the final years of his life, and after all these years his footprints can still be clearly seen in the world of coaching. His legacy lives on and I am grateful.

i hope all this change my life..my soul need to be in the right way!!

I have not met Thomas J. Leonard, but I have been coached by someone he inspired. Now, I am also following a couselling pathway. I hope I can be as useful to someone else as my coach was for me. T.L. has influenced people across the globe; his legacy goes on.

I still miss you too, Thomas! In my mind, you are alive and well, as I still use your image as a picture of what's possible. You were most prolific, your ideas on coaching were cutting edge then, and so relevant now, and you could express your concepts powerfully and succinctly, showing us that we have total control of our attitude and outlook. You used to say, "Don't sell coaching, sell solutions." You're still teaching me, so I'll keep teaching others. Thank you for that.

Even today, you are missed.

Now, 8 years later, and I'm still missing the coach! His work is STILL effecting me, and I STILL use his work ethic, values and attitudes to guide me and inspire me to write/teach/help.

Thanks again, Thomas, and Happy Birthday!

Well, here it is, 6 years since the passing of the late, great "coach t"... and I find that I miss him now, as much as ever.

So much of his life has been inspirational to me -- teaching, writing, giving freely, creating win-win, believing in the ultimate good in people -- it all looms loudly inside me, in coach t's voice.

Thanks again, Thomas, for starting the world on a path to betterment and cooperation.
