Tom Scott was a very good friend when I needed one after a hit & run accident that I was involved in, no fault of my own. He helped me find the cukprit & prosecute him.
My wife & I used to take sweets to the local state police HQ in Bedford & talk to the officers. Had quite a few friends that way.

(Phyllis,Sharon,Greg,Evan)We were very sorry to hear of Tom's passing. I will always remember the "Boy Scout Days"and Tom's involvement with us. What a great guy. Please take care, and we will be thinking of you all.

He was a great Trooper, mentor, friend and citizen. He blessed many lives. God be with you through these times.

Phyllis & family our hearts go out to you at this time. Growing up with you guys on the Outer Banks during the summers was a great time and Tom was a big part of that, he had a great sense of humor and he will be missed!

To Phyllis, Sharon, Evan & Greg, Cousin Tom will always be remembered in our hearts. So many memories from our times at the beach. He was always so much fun. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. So sorry for your loss. He will be missed by all.

You and Tom were our mentors when we joined the shrine, to this day we cherish the things you all taught me and Glenda. although we haven't seen you in sometime you are still very special to us both. God Bless you and give you strength to get through this terrible time.
