Not sure what to say?

Beth, Darlene, Mrs. Waters,

I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Earl's passing. He and I worked together at Ft. Stewart many, many years ago and got to know each other well. He was always such a joy to be around. I know he will be greatly missed by everyone. I am very sorry for your loss.
