Not sure what to say?

Dear Lydia and Family,

We were saddened to learn of Tim's passing in December. I will certainly miss our visits along the fence with the dogs running around. He had such a good sense of humor about life. We're thinking of you and your family. Let us know if we can help in any way.

Lydia,
I just heard about Tim passing away. I am so sorry. I just thought he hadn't been walking the dogs as much because of the cold. I had no idea. Please if you need anything or help with the dogs, I am right around the corner. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family

Lydia, Liz, Scott, Isabella, Michael, and Zack. I was deeply saddened by the news about Tim passing away. This must be very difficult for your family. Tim was a great person even I didn’t know him really good. But I do hear a lot of good things from everyone. If you need anything please let me know. My prayers are with you and your family.

Aunt Lydia:

Still very stunned that your fun loving husband and our Uncle is no longer with us. Mom just sent us the obituary pamphlet and the pictures chosen were fitting of the individual he was. Always smiling!, (we want you to know it was nice to see how well you looked in the pictures as well). I never remember a time where he wasn't jesting to get us to laugh as children or as adults. He can not be replaced but he will always be remembered. We really wish you well and...

Hello Lydia,

I became a friend of Tim's while he lived in Muskegon back in the late 1970's.

One thing about Tim is he would always be the first to start a topic of discussion about anything controversial.....religion, politics, social issues, injustices, etc. Sometimes when the talks started to get a bit 'heated' he would always say something off the wall and funny to get everyone to laugh. He had a serious as well as humorous side to him and knew how and when to use...

Dear Lydia:

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Tim. Plese let us know if we can be of any support. Our prayers are with you.

Dear Byers Family,

Please accept my deepest sympathies for your loss. I am a criminal justice professor at GVSU and Tim and I talked often about Erie, PA (my hometown). In fact, he was just in a week or two ago and asked if I had been back to Erie recently. I will miss our chats about Pennsylvania.

Dear Byers Family:
My condolences for the passing of Tim. I am a criminal justice professor at GVSU and Tim would always stop in and spent time talking to me even when I had no books for him. We shared stories about life and family and he always left me feeling upbeat. He will be missed, but his memory will always be with me.

My sympathies to Tim's family. I always enjoyed talking to Tim. His humor and smile always brightened my day.
