To Mr. and Mrs Ed Davey and the entire family. It was with great and unexpected sadness that I learned of the passing of a very dear and old friend this evening. how i remember him lighting up our house as children with his infectious smile and laughter. One of a kind, the best kind. And he got that from his parents as well as his brothers and sisters. God Bless you Tim.

From a simple old Brit, I extend my sympathies to all who knew Tim... I was honoured to work with him at the original Wembley stadium when I ran the Game Clock.. Tim was the complete professional tempered with a real understanding of both event and people management.... proud to have known him. Dave Norton

My sincerest condolences to all of you, Tim's family and friends. Timmy was a wonderful, bigger than life kinda guy! I knew him from my days with the NY Jets, and no matter what the situation, Timmy always had a humorous commentary (or impersonation!). He was also one of the fairest people I know and fiercely devoted to his family. I was happy to follow his success at the NFL and it was always fun to see him from time to time when he came to Florida on business, where I'd see him at the...

Dear Davey Family,
I am deeply saddened by the loss of a great man and gentle giant. You can find comfort in the great respect and admiration that was held of him and you can be very proud of his representation of the whole Davey family. He learned his unselfishness and generous nature from the home he was raised in. All the Davey's are tremendous and wonderful people. Timmy loved life, lived life, and took every opportunity to help others. We should all learn from his example. My...

I didn't see Timmy over these past years, but I had the pleasure to spend part of the day with him and my family at Dean (DeMott) and Kerrie's Engagement get together this past July. I'll never forget his constant smile, the gleam in his eyes that came from his heart, his unique voice and his hugs. He will be sorely missed by everyone whose life he touched.
To borrow a few lines- My daughters thank him, My sons thank him, my grandaughter thanks him and I thank him. He was a Rare "Bold...

To the Davey Family,
I first meet Timmy in the spring of 1972, he was a student trainer at Lock Haven State College and I played on the football team. That friendship has lasted nearly 40 years.
The last time I spoke with Timmy was Christmas Eve day, and he was so looking forward to spending Christmas with his family; he was so proud of all of you.
I can not begin to tell you all of the things that Timmy has done for me and so many others, he has left a permanent mark on all...
