Tina M. Carter
42, of Indianapolis, departed this life October 27, 2011. She was born November 26, 1968 in Danville, IN to Howard and Joyce (Appleget) Randolph. She was a member of Lakeview Church. Tina is survived by her beloved husband of 23 years, Michael S. Carter; children, Jilliann M., Tonya L., Michael S., Jr., and Dustin N. Carter; her parents; sisters, Rosanna, Tonya and Sharon and brothers, Randall Jay, Edward and Patrick. She was preceded in death by her brother, Howard Randolph, Jr. Visitation for Tina will be from 4 - 8 PM Monday, October 31st at Lakeview Church (47 Beachway Dr., Indianapolis, IN 46224). A funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 1st at the church. Arrangements entrusted to Family Funeral Care.
