Not sure what to say?

Hey Tootie,

I am so grateful to have known you and worked with you at the Tennessean. What a trooper and a wonderful person you are. God needed a special person in Heaven to take care of everything from the animals to people needing someone to talk to and that person was you. You are pain free and that is wonderful.

I will treasure those moments at the paper when you and Patricia were always waiting on each other at the end of the day to leave. You both were so funny. I...

Dear Cuz, your kindness, gentleness and love of all creatures great and small will always be in my heart. With you, it didn't matter how long ago we had talked, it was like we just picked up the conversation where we left off. In reading a few of the comments posted, I know you touched many others the same way. You walked what you talked – never once did I hear you complain and I learned a lot from you. You set an incredible example for others.

I know Aunt Marlene, Nana and Pa...

Tina,
I was blessed to have known and work with you, and The Tennessean was more blessed to have you represent them. We had both our good times and also our tough love moments, but through it all, you made me a better me. Your life is a shining example of how to face adversity with faith, fight, and dignity! I'm glad you are now resting in the arms of Jesus! No more pain and suffering! Thanks for blessing us with your life. You will be missed Tina Weena!(oh how she hated my pet...

An awesome friend and co-worker. Tina could always bring a smile to my face. What a lovely person she was. Thoughts go out to her family. I will never forget Tina Wright.

Tina was a wonderful friend and co-worker. She found light and humor in every person and situation she encountered. Tina loved and cared for animals and all dogs held a special place in her heart. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family.

Tina,

I will always remember you with a smile, a great laugh and a woman of great character. I appreciated the time spent with you while I worked at The Tennessean. Not many people have the ability to change someone just by being in their presence, but you had that gift.

A superhero? Not on Monday's (he he)
A saint? I don't think so, and never self-professed
A leader? You betcha, but more than this...
A generous and caring woman to those who had the...

Tina,

You were a dear friend at the paper & in my private life. I will treasure my time with you!

We will always remember a very Special Friend forever.

My Dear Friend,
We've know each other a long time, always kept in touch, and had a spiritual connection through all the miles between us over the years. Since our IU roommate days in 1980 to our latest visit this past August 2011, our friendship has remained strong and true. I cannot thank you enough for your continued friendship, for your strength during the last few days or your life, and your dedication to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You lived your life on your own terms and...
