TRAVIS PATRICK FONTENOT Born: March 6, 1978 Died: May 29, 2012 Travis Patrick Fontenot, age 34, of Eunice , La. , died Tuesday May 29, 2012 in Springfield , Missouri . He is survived by: his mother, Odile "Nell" Perkins Fontenot of Eunice , La. One sister: Karen Fontenot Widman and her husband Michael Widman and their son Alex M. Widman (who was the only nephew of Travis…where they all resided together in Springfield , Missouri ). Two brothers: Cody "Choppy" Fontenot and Casey Fontenot of Eunice , La. His grandfather: Clifford M. Fontenot of Eunice , La. He is preceeded in death by his father Stafford Patrick "CHOPPY" Fontenot His paternal grandmother: Mildred Richard Fontenot His maternal grandparents Woodard & Hazel LeJeune Perkins His uncle Steven Fontenot The final resting place for Travis Fontenot will be at St. Augustine Mausoleum in Basile , La. Where On Tuesday, June 5, 2012 the family will receive friends at 1 PM. At 2 PM Father Brian Taylor will proceed a gravesite service and Travis will lay to rest with his father, Stafford "CHOPPY" Fontenot. May they rest together in peace.
